Best Plumber is looking for an organized, proactive Dispatcher to help keep our technicians productive, our customers informed, and our operations running smoothly. This position plays a critical role in managing the service board, coordinating schedules, and supporting both our field and office teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage the daily service board and technician schedules.
- Assign calls using the Right Tech, Right Call philosophy.
- Monitor technician progress and make real-time schedule adjustments.
- Communicate with customers regarding arrivals, delays, and scheduling updates.
- Prioritize emergency calls and revenue opportunities.
- Support the CSR team by assisting with inbound booking calls during high call volume and overflow periods.
- Maintain accurate job records and workflow completion in ServiceTitan.
- Prepare the schedule for the following day to ensure operational readiness.
Qualifications
- Previous dispatching experience preferred.
- ServiceTitan experience preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or other home service industries is a plus.
